DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICIES:
To secure the booking, a partial payment of 50% of the quote, is due within 10 days of guest confirmation of intention to book
Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of $300.00] must be fully settled: 45 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 30 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.
Cancellation requests made 45 days before your arrival date will result in an 80% refund of your total deposit (deposit constituting 50% of the total rent due) and the remaining 20% will be retained by BVI Sotheby's International Realty. For cancellations made within 45 days of your arrival 100% of the deposit or rental fee (whichever has been received) is forfeited. Should you have to cancel your reservation for any reason, we will make every effort to rebook the villa to another guest and if successful, 80% of your rental fee will be returned to you for the nights re-booked. In some cases, at the owner's discretion you may allowed to rebook the villa at a later date without penalty to you. All reservation changes must be submitted in writing. No-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or a reduction in the number of guests made within 45 days of your arrival are non-refundable. Refunds may not be granted unless there is a serious issue which cannot be resolved within 24 hours. Damage deposits are fully refundable within 21 days of guests’ departure, provided there is no damage, breakage, missing items, or additional cleaning required for villas left abnormally dirty. All damage and breakages must be reported to BVI Sotheby’s International Realty by the end of rental and costs for damage, breakage, missing items, additional cleaning, or excessive use of utilities will be deducted from the damage deposit. If costs exceed the damage deposit, each item will be listed and charged to the guest’s credit card. Normal use of utilities (except long-distance phone calls and careless or extremely excessive use of your villa’s water supply) are included in your rental price. All villas are fully furnished and include supplies of bed linens and towels for guests’ use. Rearranging the furniture or removing any items from the villa is strictly prohibited. Long distance calls charged to the villa's telephone will be listed and charged to the guest’s credit card.
