Flamingo Sunset is an exquisite four bedroom villa with outstanding views to the West over the flamingo pond and to the white sand beach of Smugglers’ Cove.

Situated on the exclusive Belmont Estate the house is within walking distance of both Long Bay, with its mile-long white sand beach and Smugglers Bay, one of the loveliest beaches of the British Virgin Islands. Soper’s Hole is close by with its bustling marina, shops and restaurants and excellent restaurants and relaxed beach bars are within easy reach.

Designed with absolute attention to the smallest detail, the house accommodates up to 8 with perfect comfort and space. The house sleeps a maximum of 10 adults and there are also two rollaway beds for children.

Guests are welcomed into a large first floor Great Room where contemporary furnishings and state of the art kitchen provide an excellent area for living, eating and gathering together. A large covered dining balcony is reached from the Great Room – an idyllic venue for an evening meal.

The Master Suite is situated on the North side with king-size bed, en suite bathroom with jetted tub and shower and private balcony. The second bedroom suite is on the South of the Great Room, also with king-size bed, private balcony and an en suite shower room. The two further bedroom suites are located on the ground floor – these can either be set up as twin bedrooms or king-size with advance notice. Each of these has en suite shower rooms and direct access to the swimming pool terrace. There is AC in all rooms. Outside there is covered dining area, glorious pool, bar, grill and outdoor shower, all facing West and an ideal spot for lunching, relaxing and for a well-deserved sundowner facing perfect sunsets.
