Casey Bay is a stunning 4 bedroomed contemporary Caribbean residence, architecturally designed using the finest materials to frame and enhance the landscape surrounding it. Situated in Virgin Gorda, the villa is perched on a cliff directly over the sea with direct access to a white sand beach.

 

The villa’s canopied entrance opens onto a double-height Great Room, the neutral colours blend seamlessly with the natural materials used in the house and nothing detracts from the view of the sea and distant islands. All the furniture, soft furnishings and artwork in the house are of the highest quality and chosen with taste, care and great attention to detail. There are four bedroom suites. 

 

The Master Bedroom is at the West of the property, beautifully furnished and with accent elements of contemporary art, fine fabrics and superb woodwork. From the bedroom is the bathroom with marble surrounded bath against a picture window giving perfect views of the sea beyond; a double marble topped vanity unit; large shower; separate toilet; walk-in wardrobe and open air shower. A terrace area leads from both the Master Bedroom and bathroom. Large flat screen TV’s are hidden within cabinetry in all bedrooms. The Great Room TV is disguised behind contemporary artwork. A modern open office area is situated within the hallway with views looking out towards the Caribbean. From the hallway there is a further King/Twin Bedroom, with en suite shower room and separate toilet and dressing area. A terrace beyond. 

 

The kitchen and dining areas are to the East of the Great Room. The kitchen features bespoke cabinetry, black brushed marble surfaces, a large central breakfast bar/prep area. The appliances are top of the range GE ‘Monogram’, and consist of large refrigerator, microwave, two dishwashers, ice maker, wine cooler. Coffee maker and toaster are of the highest design and quality. An eating area is situated to one side. Doors lead onto the swimming pool terrace with further seating area, a wet bar with sink, ice-maker refrigerator and large grill. 

 

The infinity swimming pool is magnificent; large with inset steps to one side and magnificent views of the ocean. Accessed from a path leading from the swimming pool terrace are the two guest casitas. Each has King/twin beds, seating area, en suite bathroom and dressing areas and amenity kitchens. Private terraces look out to the sea. The gardens are planted to form a gentle, natural backdrop to the property. Also accessed from the swimming pool terrace is the paved path leading to the private beach.

Taxes & Fees: Add 10% BVI Hotel Tax and 12% Service Charge to villa Base Rate.

  • Maid service is provided 7 days a week and is included in the rates

  • Personal laundry is done on the Tuesday of our guests’ stays and is included in the rates

  • Rates are per 7-night stay, Saturday to Saturday, except during Holiday Bookings
